Join Dementia Knowledge Network for our live online seminar, which is a required component for those pursuing CDP certification and who qualify through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. We offer a wide range of education, and our seminar is perfect for all health care professionals, front-line staff or anyone who want to gain more knowledge. Confirm that you qualify before registering for the seminar because a refund will not be issued after registration if you do not qualify . Come to learn more and get the education you need to be successful. CEUs are available for anyone with an NCCAP certification or designation and social work CEUs from the Nevada Board of Examiners for Social Work (check with your state social work board to see if these ceus will qualify in your state).

Cancellation Policy

Dementia Knowledge Network LLC Attendance, Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy Attendance Requirements Attendance for the entire seminar is required. Participants must be logged in at the scheduled start time and remain present for the full duration of the seminar. Late arrival or partial attendance does not meet NCCDP requirements and will result in ineligibility for a Certificate of Completion and the ability to apply for Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification. No recordings or screenshots are permitted. Cancellation & Refund Policy Registrants who need to cancel must provide written notice to Dementia Knowledge Network LLC no later than one week prior to the scheduled seminar date to be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are subject to a $95 administrative fee. Cancellations made within one week of the seminar date are not eligible for a refund. If seminar materials or a book have been issued prior to cancellation, the registrant will also be responsible for the cost of the book and any associated payment processing fees. Rescheduling Policy Registrants who are unable to attend their scheduled seminar may request to reschedule to a future session, subject to availability. Rescheduling does not constitute a cancellation and does not entitle the registrant to a refund. Rescheduling is permitted up to two times within a two-month period; additional rescheduling requests will require repayment to take the course. Certification Eligibility Responsibility It is the registrant’s responsibility to ensure they are eligible to apply for the Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) designation through NCCDP prior to registering. If a registrant is later found to be ineligible, no refund will be issued. Continuing Education Credits Continuing Education (CE) credits issued will be canceled for non-payment of required fees. Seminar Cancellation by Provider Dementia Knowledge Network LLC reserves the right to cancel seminars due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by the provider, registrants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Policy Acknowledgment By registering for this seminar, registrants acknowledge that they have reviewed, understand, and agree to the attendance, cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies outlined above.
